Apple "biscuits"

These are perfect desserts for picky people, and they don't take long at all. Plus, they're really inexpensive to make, and are a huge crowd pleaser.

Ingredients:
  • 8 small Granny apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • Pillsbury Grande biscuits
  • Toothpicks
  • Flour
  • Whipped cream
Directions:
  • Core and peel apples
  • Toss brown sugar and cinnamon into a bowl
  • Cover apples with mix (pour some into the hollow part as well)
  • Roll biscuits on flour covered surface into 7" circles
  • Place apples into the center of biscuit "circles" and wrap it over the apples
  • Hold the biscuits on the top of the apple with toothpicks
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
  • Top with whipped cream
Happy baking, everyone!
