Cutting Corn off the Cob

I love quick and easy tips for cooking, and while I don't eat corn on the cob that often, this is good to know for future use. Just place the tip of the ear of corn inside the center of the bundt pan. Slide the knife down the ear of the corn, and it will all fall into the main part of the pan.

Love it.
