Ingredients:
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 container sour cream
- 1/2 container cream of chicken soup
- French fried onions (or crackers, your choice)
- Thaw chicken and place in baking dish
- Mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup and pour over chicken
- Bake at 350 for about an hour (you have to use your judgment on this one~it depends on how big the chicken is and how your oven cooks things)
- Cover with french fried onions the last 10 minutes of cooking
