Ingredients:
- Jimmy Dean Turkey sausage patties (you don't have to get the turkey kind, but my guy didn't notice the difference, and it's half the calories and fat)
- One egg
- English muffin (preferably whole wheat, which is what the calories in this are based on, but regular ones aren't that much higher in calories)
- Scramble the egg (add a little salt)
- Toast the english muffin
- Microwave the sausage patty
- Put the egg and sausage on the patty, and enjoy!!!
- If you're feeling wild and can risk the calories, throw on a piece of cheese!
