Danish
Ingredients:
- 2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 1 1/2 packages cream cheese
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 egg yolk (save the egg white for later)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Press one can of rolls onto the bottom of a 13x9 pan
- Mix all danish ingredients except egg white and spread on top of pressed roll
- Press second package of rolls on top of mixture
- Beat egg white with a fork and brush on top of the entire thing (you can buy those brushes for a whole $2 at WalMart)
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon
- Mix ingredients
- Top danish with frosting after it is out of the oven and is still warm
