Sour Cream Chicken with French Fried Onions

My mom recently gave me this recipe, and it's incredibly easy, and probably the best chicken I've ever made.

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 container sour cream
  • 1/2 container cream of chicken soup
  • French fried onions (or crackers, your  choice)
  • Thaw chicken and place in baking dish
  • Mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup and pour over chicken
  • Bake at 350 for about an hour (you have to use your judgment on this one~it depends on how big the chicken is and how your oven cooks things)
  • Cover with french fried onions the last 10 minutes of cooking
